OUR PHILOSOPHY

At Impact, our goal is simple: to give middle and high school students a place where they can grow in their faith, build real friendships, and learn how to live out God’s love in everyday life. Through fun and engaging programs, camps, and chances to serve, we’re all about helping students go deeper spiritually and make a difference in their world.

Through fun trips, camps, and chances to serve, we’re all about helping students go deeper spiritually and make a difference in their world.

  • WEDNESDAY NIGHTS

    A midweek hangout where students can connect with friends and volunteer leaders, hear an engaging lesson, and break out into small groups to dive deeper into their faith.

  • SUNDAY MORNINGS

    We encourage our youth to step up and serve alongside adults in our Sunday services, giving them the chance to grow in leadership, build community with adults in their lives, and make an impact.

  • TRIPS

    Whether it's Winter or Summer Camp, mission trips, or weekend retreats—our overnight trips are designed to leave students changed, helping them grow in their faith, form lifelong relationships, and experience God in new and powerful ways.

  • EVENTS

    From service projects to special gatherings, our events are designed to shape students' faith and character, giving them meaningful opportunities to grow spiritually, build community, and make a lasting impact in their community.

OUR VOLUNTEERS

Our volunteers invest their time, energy, and love into walking alongside students as they grow in their faith. They’re mentors, role models, and friends who create a welcoming environment where every student feels seen, valued, and supported on their journey.


Our volunteers go through a thorough vetting process, including interviews with our Ministry Triangle and background checks, to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for our students. Each volunteer is passionate about mentoring and walking alongside students as they grow in their faith, providing support, guidance, and friendship. We take great care in selecting leaders who are committed to making a positive, lasting impact on the lives of our youth.
