Pastor of Student Ministries

Hello Potential Student Ministries Pastor,

 

Newbury Park First Christian Church is seeking to hire a Pastor of Student Ministries who is passionate about reaching students for Christ and discipling them for life long spiritual growth.  We are looking for someone who loves Jesus, loves students and loves being part of a team that will help the entire church minister to students and their families.  Our desire is to have someone who will help our students grow in faith while having a lot of fun and adventure in the process. 

 

Newbury Park First Christian Church is a non-denominational church family that has its roots in the Restoration Movement.  This movement seeks to develop the unity of believers as we focus on Biblical essentials.  We strive to live by the statement; “In essentials, unity; in matters of opinion, liberty; and in all things love.”  We are a Biblically based, Family focused and Mission minded family of believers that is often described as a place that, “feels like home!”

 

Newbury Park is a family community that is part of the greater Thousand Oaks area, just 45 miles north of LAX.  Our community is close enough to enjoy the amenities of the city while being far enough away to be a peaceful community.  With beautiful open spaces, hiking and biking trails, some that take you just 9 miles to the beautiful Pacific coast, Newbury Park is an exceptional place to put down roots and raise a family.
